As Team Leader the role is to have leadership qualities and be a result oriented individual. Creating a productive work environment for the team, trust and other appropriate strategies. Utilize learned skills effectively, proactive, adaptable for new ideas & should maintain cordial relationship with customer/client and management.

 

  1. Job Requirements
  2. Should have good Communication Skills. (Minimum Read & Write in English).
  3. Should have good knowledge and hands on experience on Installation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Air Cooled Screw and Water Cooled Centrifugal Chillers.
  4. Hands on experience on Screw Compressor and Centrifugal Compressor Assembly.
  5. Should have knowledge of Computers and should be able to work on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
  6. Should be able to manage allotted sites for
  • PPM (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) scheduling and followup for its completion in time.
  • Co-ordinate & execute T&M related activities + Material followup until work completion including proper storage & consumption of materials/ spare parts.
  • Verify MRF (Material Request Forms) filled by the team members and followup for the quotes with respective Service Sales Person.
  • Preparation of Work Completion Reports, Inspection Reports, Technical Reports.
  • Performing customer service functions, including interacting with customers and answering questions.
  • Preparing & sharing monthly site status reports with customer for PPM & T&M activities.
  • Share information in coordination with service supervisor to client / customer on shutdowns & statutory requirements for carrying out the work.
  1. Suggest process improvements + Suggest improvements in PPM task sheets.
  2. Diagnose, troubleshoot HVAC equipment & make necessary repair. Record & analyze the findings on all applied products.
  3. Should be able to handle manpower and related
  • Training to Team Members. (Guide/Support Technicians & Asst. Technicians, Helpers & other Colleagues whenever / wherever required).
  • DSM scheduling for self & team members.
  • Complete work order, upload service tickets.
  • OT Hours verification of Team Members.
  • Communicating Goals, Deadlines and Assess Performance of Team Members.
  • Providing teams with information about recent developments, programmes and policy changes of management.
  1. Responsible for implementing HSE guidelines as stipulated in Daikin HSE policy & projects specific HSE policy.
  2. Information received from Technicians / Asst. Technicians / Trainee Technicians and / or from Helpers regarding damage / loss or theft of tools & tackles used on site to be reported to Service Supervisor.
  3. Compiles information in coordination with service supervisor for internal record keeping & information sharing with client / customer.
  4. Contribute to safe working environment and prepared to take action should a health or safety emergency occur, all in line with Daikin HR policy and in coordination with Service Supervisor.
  5. Act as revenue generation stream. Getting involved at sites to understand for any new opportunities for upgradation requirement / new businesses (T&M’s) such as repair, replacement etc…
  6. Maintains confidentiality of information & material exposed in the course of business.
  7. Provide support after work hour if required in situations like emergency, workshop, meetings and other company functions.
