Educational Qualifications

Bachelorâ€™s degree in a business administration or related field. Postgraduate degree will be an asset.
8+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, finance or related roles with a minimum of 3 years in a management position in aviation (mandatory)

Skills/Knowledge

Knowledge of MS Office.
Highly organized and adaptable to manage various tasks and maintain dynamic work environment.
Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Capacity to adapt and function efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail.
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
Proficiency in English (must) and Arabic (preferred).
