 Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences. To be successful in this position, the candidate has to have:

 

Commercial Acumen

 

Ability to adapt business strategies to volatile business dynamics / market environment

Ability to build strong commercial partnerships

Ability to develop and execute revenue optimization and sales strategies

Proven track record in positioning a hotel within an evolving market

Proven track record in optimizing costs

 

Operational Ability

 

Must be a high-touch hotelier, willing to engage with prominent and demanding clients

Demonstrable service and quality results in past roles, specifically within F&B

Ability to build a team of operational expertise

Ability to drive for operation enhancement and manage crisis

 

Leadership Agility

 

Must be assertive and communicate well with persuasion

Strong staff engagement with a focus on retention is a must

Has prior proven experience in having a strong business partner role with hotel ownership and local authorities

Creative and able to set trends to differentiate from competitors

Must be able and willing to relate well to the local workforce and wider community

Demonstrate clear team/collaborative experience, both internally and externally

 

We are looking for someone who has:

 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management,

 

At least 15 Years of Management experience in Hotel Operations with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.

Previous Saudi experience is preferred whilst previous work experience in the Middle East is a must.

Arabic speaking will be advantageous.
