- Direct, coordinate and monitor all activities which fall within the jurisdiction of the administration and which are linked to the efficient operation and continuous improvement of regular and specialized public transport services;
- Represent the administration in its relations with the authorities and the public;
- Manage, in collaboration with assistant directors, human resources, including recruitment, training and evaluation of staff;
- Develop and monitor the administration budget.
Job Requirements
- Have proven experience in managing public transport operations or a related field;
- Have good reasoning, analysis and synthesis skills;
- Have good writing skills;
- Have good command of common office and IT tools;
- Have excellent leadership and team management skills.
