The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of our operational activities in Abu Dhabi, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, processes, and personnel to achieve company objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives to optimize productivity, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of operational staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and HR, to align operational activities with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes to ensure adequate stock levels and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensuring that all operational activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Manage operational budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to achieve cost efficiency and maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement operational strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
