- Participate in personnel management.
- Guarantee control of expenses and petty cash management
- Preparation and transmission of different types of information (writings, emails, etc.) between departments or other entities.
- Attend the meetings of the different committees and prepare the corresponding reports and minutes.
- Organization of trips, providing various reservations (e.g. accommodation, transportation)
- Organization and control of agendas
- Organization and control of expenses (control of credit cards, gasoline, etc.)
- Provide administrative and logistical organization of meetings, visits of internal and external clients.
- Ensure coherence and compliance of the work process between project departments.
Job Requirements
- Administration or related career.
- Office software proficiency
- Basic knowledge of SAP software
- Understanding and use of the English language
- Mastery of administrative activities (taking notes, transmitting messages, reviewing documents, creating minutes, etc.)
