We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assystem is providing support to the “Large Nuclear Power Plant†(LNPP) Program being developed by DNEC (Duwayhin Nuclear Energy Company) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The contract is the Project Management Services (PMS) framework that may include part of the following scope:
• Project Management, project control, contract and procurement management,
• Supporting the Owner for Vendors’ offers review, Vendors selection, and in a second step for licensing and design documentation review as well as construction supervision,
• Acting as an Architect Engineer for the Owner’s infrastructure scope, performing Master planning, feasibility studies, and design RFP packages; contractors’ selection and construction supervision.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participates in the preparation of each IMS Process map and content description.
- Supports the development of the Manual, Procedures, and other IMS Documentation needed for the proper Processes’ description and further implementation.
- Participates in developing the IMS documentation of the Quality Assurance Management Process and Sub Processes.
- Participate in the Implementation of the Defined IMS Development Activity KPI’s, related Analysis, and Regular Reporting.
- Participates in the evaluation and update of the IMS Documentation already developed.
- Supports the Assurance that the IMS Documentation is consistency in all areas of the defined Processes.
- Supports the Assurance with the Business Design Process Expert in the team that each Process and related Sub Processes are described with Flow Diagrams aligned with IT Infrastructure that will be implemented in the company and LNPP Project infrastructure.
- Participate with the IT department in the Digitalization of IMS
- Contributes to the proposition of use cases to digitalize the IMS (Workflows automation, quick information retrieval…)
- Participates in the development of Training Programs and Training Materials.
- Participates in the performance of IMS induction training, Process training, and any other training related to Quality Assurance.
- Participates in the IMS Processes Internal QA audit performance.
- Participates in the implementation and performance of Process Reviews and the preparation of Management Reviews.
- Participates in the Implementation of IMS Process development maturity Matrix.
- Participates in the preparation of any 2nd or 3rd party audit. Also, for the certification according to ISO 19443 – 14001 – 45001 standards.
MY PROFILE
Academic/Vocational/Professional Qualifications:
- Master’s degree-level or equivalent qualification in engineering or quality
Work Experience:
- Is more than 6 Years of experience in Quality Management System Development in Industry or Services, not necessarily relating to Nuclear.
- Has participated in Process Description and Corresponding Workflow Diagrams Description not necessarily in all areas of a Company.
Qualification and specific Competence:
- Is at least a Company internal QA auditor.
- Has some skills concerning digital transformation in terms of methodologies and tools
- Has participated in QA training material development and Training performance.
