hJob Summary:
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing all aspects of document control, including the creation, organization, and maintenance of documents in a systematic manner to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:
– Create, organize, and maintain both electronic and hard copy documents
– Ensure all documents are properly categorized, stored, and easily accessible
– Implement and maintain document control procedures and processes
– Update and review documents regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
– Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed
– Coordinate with various departments to collect and distribute documents in a timely manner

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Proficiency in document management software and MS Office
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Good communication and teamwork skills
