Oversee and lead the Certification Operator Continuing Training program for Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP). Administer Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulations (FANR) exams and validate that training material and delivery ensures student certification and adheres to the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process.

Operations Training Program Delivery and Administration
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  
•    Administer and evaluate certified and non-certified exams to ensure there are no exam compromises.
•    Oversee Operations training staff to ensure all scheduled Operations training is implemented on time with high quality.
•    Validate that an adequate number of qualified staff are prepared to support Operations training program administration.
•    Validate that that Operations training aligns with industry standards (e.g., World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO)) and adequately prepares students to successfully apply for and receive a FANR certification through the accreditation exams; includes management certifications for select trainees. 
•    Establish and administer other training programs, including eSOMS training, as required to manage training needs for BNPP.
•    Oversee and approve Operations training daily and weekly training schedule to ensure appropriate resource availability.
•    Develop and implement Just-in-time training as appropriate to support Operations plant activities.
•    Oversee and approve the development and maintenance of training programs including training objectives, lesson plans, exercises, tests and other training materials for Operations training programs to remain in accordance with plant procedures.
•    Direct and monitor Operations instructor work to meet training needs and balance workload.
•    Review the design and validate that Operations training programs are compliant with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
•    Track, analyze and communicate student performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

•    Critically evaluate management and student feedback regarding Operations training programs to identify improvement opportunities.
•    Participate in evaluations and assessments focusing on Operations training effectiveness as requested to gather feedback and gain learnings.
•    Prepare and deliver feedback on the quality of Operations training delivered by Training and Subject Matter Expert (SME) instructors to enable development opportunities.
•    Coordinate and provide relevant information to the Operations Curriculum Review Committee (CRC).
•    Develop personnel, including Operations training instructors, with requisite background knowledge, skills and attitudes to fill Operations training instructional and management positions in order to promote career opportunities within the department.
•    Establish goals and priorities for activities to which this position and its direct reports are responsible within the Operations training program to clearly define roles and division of responsibility.
•    Validate that instructors possess requisite technical and instructional knowledge, skills and are certified per Nawah procedures to conduct presentations of Operations training material or topics as needed.
•    Provide input into the development of the Division’s systems, processes, and procedures, as well develop, and implement the Department’s systems and processes, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient, effective, safe and risk-free operations as well as compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
•    Monitor, control, and report Operational and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the Department, to track performance and recommend corrective or mitigating actions.
•    Ensure that all relative reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet the Department’s requirements and standards.
•    Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the Department by the delivery of the Health and Safety Management Program to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality services and a responsible environmental attitude.
•    Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures, and instructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work, by applying them on self, others, and corporate assets
•    Ensure the compliance with Business Continuity and Resilience requirements for adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to the effective planning for, and response to, incidents and/or business disruptions in order to continue critical business processes and activities with minimal adverse impact.
