Project Scope Would be called upon to be responsible for smaller or routine projects (as defined in QA100) in the role of Project Manager.
Business Development/Client Contact Leads the development and submission of proposals for routine, low risk projects which at times may involve convincing internal and external stakeholders who have a desire to reach agreement; or contributes to the development of proposals for moderately complex projects which may at times involve convincing internal stakeholders who have a desire to reach agreement. Plus, develops the business by maintaining client relationships and ensuring client loyalty and repeat work through excellent customer service and delivery.
People Management May have delegated accountability for leading projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives. Allocates tasks, checks the work, and coordinates / supervises the daily activities of a fixed task / single initiative / project-based team, and provides feedback on their performance. Provides recommendations on resourcing (people) requirements for specific projects in the Region to more senior team members, and can influence decisions.May provide informal guidance to graduates or interns (not a job requirement).
Communication Communicates and delegates specific tasks to team members and monitors and reports on progress until completion; or communicates on progress of delegated project assignment (a portion of the overall project) to others in the team who are dependent on their deliverable / contribution to proactively raise issues that may affect completion of the overall project in a timely manner.
Direction Received Decisions and problem-solving are guided by operating policies, processes and procedures for the Region; receives guidance from Manager – Business Group and Supervisor. Receives supervision and general review of deliverables.
