| To perform Customer Delivery duties/showroom delivery duties/requests for displays and customer collections |
| Assist carpenters / helpers for customer deliveries/showroom deliveries for loading and unloading items |
| Ensuring safety and security of the goods/vehicle/team while going on delivery/transportation |
| Maintaining Service logbooks for the vehicles |
| To provide feedback to the delivery section about the deliveries and also to let them know if anything needs to be rectified in case of any particular delivery process |
| Responsible for proper maintenance and operation of the trucks and efforts on reducing maintenance cost |
| To fill up the DO/GRN sheet and handover the same with proper feedback to the relevant section |
| Maintaining delivery logbook containing the details of movement between W/H to locations and vice versa |
| Operate medium sized truck to perform customer delivery duties |
| To offer greatest level of service to all customers (internal and external) |
| Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior |
