DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for Freight Operations Specialist in Kuwait. In this specific position you will be responsible for executing the efficient flow of materials and equipment from requisition through consumption.

In this Freight Operations Specialist position

(Your typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or work nature.)

• You will prepare shipping documents as per LC / customer requirements.
• You will have to coordinate with warehouse for daily loading
• You will follow up with shipping companies and monitor consignment movements.
• You will follow up with Bank and customers, and confirm error free documents receipt.
• You will design plans, direct, control, coordinate and evaluate logistics support functions.
• You will coordinate information received and materials issued and received from various activities and sites concerning logistics operations.
• You will coordinate day-to-day logistics operations within the theatre of operations as assigned.
• You will maintain appropriate records and inventory
• You will have to perform other duties as assigned.

Now, here’s what we need from you

• High School certificate or equivalent.
• 4years of experience within the same field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Excellent communicator in English, both written and oral.
• Knowledge of Pack Microsoft applications
