Responsible for tracking of job orders
Responsible for the listing of promos
First level Customer/ supplier interface with regards to negotiations on marketing spends Solves basic customer problems within prescribed guidelines
Ensuring Customer/ supplier satisfaction
Provides operational support to assigned trade marketing Supervisor
Contribute towards developing Customer loyalty and principal retention programs
Communicate observations to Supervisors on:
- Marketing spends
- Investment plan by customer
- Identifies needs and improvement opportunities
- Provides recommendation of innovative solutions to next level in order to facilitate change or improvement at a process level, such as
- Consumer promotions
- Promo packaging
Works towards achieving own set objectives
Directly responsible for the unit top line budget achievement
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management / marketing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing & Sales Management
- Minimum of 2 years background on FMCG Business is preferred but not required
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word)
