- Willing to familiarize yourself with the company’s vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers to achieving revenue goals.
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations and in person meetings.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Assist and support new client integration.
- Responsible for building new client relationships and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly objectives to internal stakeholders; identify areas of concern and assist in generating solutions.
- Ability to work in multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Forecast and track key account metrics in the CRM database.
- Developing and implementing retention plans, analyzing reports to inform or update data.
- Enhance the department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Extensive regional travel is expected.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations, etc.
- Working closely with staff across departments to implement the growth of the company.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
- Assist with drafting marketing materials, website context, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
Office Technology Responsibilities: Familiar with the operation of basic computer programs and associated systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, sales-related reporting systems.
Quality, Health, Safety and Security - Adheres to the requirements of the Environment Health and Safety Management System.
- Adheres to the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines and Infection Control Guidelines.
- Understands and adheres to emergency preparedness, fire safety and code policies/plans.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years’ relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred
