Cashier – Enaya Insurance

Job Responsibilities
1. Controlling petty cash float and managing petty cash disbursements – refilling P card as well
2. Perform billing for retail, distribution, and B2B channels and maintain the collections
3. Depositing the collection (cash) in the bank and updating the system transaction accordingly
4. Collecting cash salary from the bank and disbursing to Enaya Insurance and Alghanim insurance brokers.
5. Filing and archiving as per job requirements physically and in a common folder as well
Candidate Requirements
• Must have graduated in Accounting/Commerce
• A minimum of 3 years of related work experience
• Good skills in mathematics and calculation
• Knowledge of MS Office solutions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP (Optional)
• Good communication skills in English & Arabic – Verbal & Written
• Must be reliable dedicated and flexible to work additional hours as business requirements dictate.
• Process oriented.
