Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities • Assist the Manager – Enterprise Risk Management in planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization; • In coordination with the risk champions conduct regular risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business; • Work with business units Risk Champions in organizing and facilitating risk management workshops • Continue to monitor key risk indicators and immediately report to Manager – Enterprise Risk Management any new risks that could have an impact on operations • In conjunction with the Manager Enterprise Risk Management, perform risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organization such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluating the organization’s previous handling of risks • Report regularly to Manager – Enterprise Risk Management on the company’s risk profile processes wise, and action plan status implementation • Liaising with Manager Enterprise Risk Management on risk identification and assessment. • In conjunction with Manager Enterprise Risk Management, provide support, education and training to Milaha staff to build risk awareness within the company • In conjunction with Manager Enterprise Risk Management, support and provide guidance to business units in the creation of business continuity plans to ensure mitigation of corresponding risks • In conjunction with Manager Enterprise Risk Management, support and provide guidance to business in the development of disaster recovery and emergency response processes and plans • Perform job related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Professional Qualification: – Bachelor’s Degree in risk management, Business, Accounting, Economics, legal or business-related field Professional Experience: – 6 – 8 years in Risk Management Geographic Experience: – GCC Experience preferred Computer Skills: – Proficiency in MS Office – ERP experience with Oracle database is a definite plus – Experience with Risk Management software is a definite plus Language Skills: – English – Arabic is a plus Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: – Strong knowledge of theories and practices related to Risk Management (COSO Framework, ISO 31000:2009). – Strong knowledge of developing and monitoring risk management plans and budgets.
