Job Responsibilities:
- Perform items or suppliers sourcing. Build alliance with key suppliers for effective cost and purchasing strategies.
- Coordinate with inter department on purchase requisition, items delivery, receiving and storage.
- Close monitor on delivery schedule and ensure items on time delivery.
- Ensure the purchased item quality and coordinate with supplier on any goods rejection and return.
- Perform necessary system entry and updates for related procurement and delivery transactions.
- To assist and carry out any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
Job Requirements & Skills:
- Possess of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Supply Chain or related field of studies.
- At least 1 to 2 years working experience in the related field and experience in FMCG or food industries is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical and good time management
