The Administration Assistant at NEOM Community School plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to the Head of School and the School Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings for the Head of School and other members of the leadership team. The Administration Assistant also assists in maintaining accurate records, handling inquiries from staff, students, and parents, and coordinating logistical arrangements for school events and activities. Additionally, this role may involve assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. |
