About The Role
To assist in managing the day-to-day workshop operations, you’ll lead diverse teams of Mechanical/Electrical, and Welders. Your role encompasses ensuring optimal productivity, tracking warranties, managing repair orders, preventive maintenance, and stock level management. Additionally, you’ll oversee other essential tasks vital to a smooth operations.

About You
Ideal candidate would have the following: 

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering within an automotive discipline / O&G will be preferred
• Experience in heavy vehicle workshop and heavy equipment maintenance field from 8 to 10 yrs
• Shall be able to understand, define and explain complex vehicle and equipment operating/service manuals
• Fluency in written and verbal English, preference will be given to Arabic speaking candidates
• Must be proficient/knowledgeable in using ERP Systems
• Must be residing in Kuwait
