Our client is currently looking for a dedicated, customer-oriented, dynamic individual as Sales Associate / Contractor Associate. The Ideal candidate will work with Painting Contractors/ Building Contractors & Décor Companies (define as a contractors) | Exhibition company | Garage | PMCs and FMCs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure and enlist of all the influencers working in Retail domain
- Maintain Customer Master List of competition contractors, PMCs and FMCs in the define territory
- Conduct business development activity and proactively identify sales prospects in the geography assigned. Identify villa/ building paint and WPCC potential and register painting contractors record linked with painting potential villas
- Follow up with existing and new competition contractors for new leads and referrals to generate business
- Achieve monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services
- Convert competition contractor’s, PMCs and FMCs business and maintain month on month business generated from them
- Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ operations and determine technical needs
- Maintain PMCs/ FMCs list to visit and convert PMCs/ FMCs using competition products
- Register and Specify AP brand name in PMCs/ Villa consultants Spec
- Ensure the timely and successful delivering of our Paints and WPCC solutions to the customer
- Presenting complete product portfolio to contractors and keep them up to date with new products introduction
- Ensure high level of contractor satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess contractors needs and provide assistant and information on product features
- Welcome customer enquiries and convert into target product category
- Meet sales projections, generate on going sales opportunities and achieve individual sales target
- Organize on shop sales meeting and events
- Ensure all influencer participation in all company initiatives and ensure 70% will achieve the set target
- Ensure 100% product training to all contractors in your territory
- Responsible for business development, managing relationship with key clients and pre-sales services for influencers
- Ensure that all pipeline activities recorded or updated in the CRM
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or sales preferred.
- 2-3 years working sales experience on a similar role in Construction Chemicals and Paint Industry, preferably in Doha, Qatar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Language: English & Arabic / Hindi
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
- Customer-centric approach with focus on building long-term relationships.
- Adaptability to thrive in dynamic and competitive market.
- A “Can do†attitude, able to work well independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales and account management experience
- Prospecting and lead generation and nurturing experience
- Ability to think laterally and strong social skills and presence.
