Job Purpose
Provide project assurance business assistance and support for Category IV to VI projects in line with department business strategy and applicable procedures.
Job Context & Major Challenge(s)
Work with multiple customers and stakeholders including other departments, contractors related to business.
Provide support to multiple business areas and for extensive portfolio of CAT IV to CAT VI Brownfield projects/contracts on timely basis.
Works independently within agreed work practices/procedures and contributes to improvement and streamline business processes.
Required to coordinate with Project Teams and other stakeholders on various business requirements.
Key Job Accountabilities – I
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Input, maintain, organise, analyse, update, and retrieve data from SAP, appropriate data files and update records accordingly in SAP and/or other corporate systems.
Collect/ analyse data of complex nature to generate required reports and presentation.
Assist and support in department demand plan, contract commercial & technical proposals, project variations, Instruction to Proceed (ITP), contract governance meetings, contractual correspondence, contracts work order, and project materials management activities.
Act as point of reference related to business process, data, precedence, practices, and techniques ensuring department efficiency.
Verify accuracy of received documentation and prioritize for authorization/approval in accordance with Company procedural standards and/or TOFA limits (SAP/Workflow, Delegation of Authority, etc.).
Key Job Accountabilities – II
Verify completeness of contracts documents to be processed. Provide Support in contract close-out activities including performance evaluation. Monitor validity of contract securities.
Maintain documents related to Engineering & Projects (E&P) contracts. Initiate/maintain appropriate logging and retrieval/recovery system to track and coordinate incoming/outgoing communication, correspondence, documentation and/or materials, as needed.
Provide support in training of Nationals & Junior Staff and in updating Company procedures.
Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary School Education (12 years).
Knowledge and/or Experience – I
- 5 years’ experience in a cost and contracts management environment within oil and gas industry.
