Airflow Controller

Job Scope: 

The primary objective is for you to be able to control the wind tunnel airflow during normal operations with customers flying. You must also possess the knowledge and demonstrate the correct procedures when encountering abnormal operations.

• Understanding what variables will alter the speed of the wind based upon a student’s position or the size of the jumpsuit that they are wearing.
• Communicating with the instructor and understanding the way time is split.
• To help sanitize tunnel suits and helmets.
• To assist in the gearing up of customers, selecting the right size suit and helmet
• Possibility of teaching an introductory class
• Understand the basics of the POS system at CLYMB.
• Ensure that all safety rules and procedures are being adhered to at all times.
• Ensure a clean and safe operating environment and raise any defects to their managers attention.
• Keep up to date with any promotions and pricing.
• Ensure that there is enough stock of flight gear and PPE. This consists of items like ear plugs, hair nets etc.
• Follow all SOP’s and understand CLYMB’s risk assessments
• Answer any customer queries or questions • Have a basic knowledge of the flight chamber and how it works.
• To have tried the experience and understand body flight.

Essential:

• Higher secondary or equivalent
• This will be a skill taught in house by our qualified trainers.
• Good English
• Confident
• Ability to work in a team.

• Hard working
•   Minimum Height: 5’6

Desirable:

• 1 year retail experience
• Arabic & English
