Senior Media & Marketing Officer

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Senior Media & Marketing Officer to join our team. As a Media & Marketing Officer you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media and Marketing strategist in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts.

JOB SUMMARY

Objectives of this role

• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
• Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign                       development and go-to-market

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• •   Develop, implement and manage social media strategy
• Create and develop contents including visual, text, and videos for Social.
• Develop creative Media and Marketing ideas and plans.
• Manage and develop Content for social media including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Website and so on.
• Produce videos for social media and marketing.
• Develop and create brouchers, Catalogs and reports to best presents Activities.
• Develop and prepare monthly highlights.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports of organisation.
• Develop success stories of beneficiaries.
• Manage and oversee social media content.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools.
• Manage events and decorate them to producing best video shorts.
