Employee Experience Manager

This role plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive and engaging workplace environment as well as providing strategic guidance on people / organizational performance and development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, satisfaction, and well-being covering areas of onboarding, communication, career development and utilization of HR technology.
This multifaceted role requires a strategic mindset, advanced interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating a workplace where employees thrive.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
• Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive employee experience strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand business objectives and integrate employee experience initiatives.
• HR Technology and Analytics:
- Explore and implement technology solutions to enhance the employee experience.
- Manage HR ERP – SAP, Success Factors; Ensuring employee data is accurate and up to date.
- Partner with other regional HR / local HR leads on HRIS related project, activity, etc.
- Responsible for HRIS team, ensuring accuracy of data and availability of reports as and when required by HR Leaders.
- Organizing HR related projects/goals; collecting and summarizing data / reports, sharing regional HR related communications from SMT and/or HR Director.
- Work closely with Global HR in ensuring HR Dashboard data is accurate and/or design is as per the need of the organization.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of employee experience initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Communication:
- Establish effective communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Implementing changes to improve internal communications and productivity.
- Preparation of Employee / Organizational announcements as and when required.
Employee Engagement:
Employee Lifecycle:
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
- Creation, update and streamlining of job descriptions in collaboration with respective Leaders.
- Develop offboarding processes that prioritize knowledge transfer and exit interviews for continuous improvement.
Employee Development:
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training and development needs to enable design of annual learning calendar.
- Implement initiatives that support continuous learning and career growth.
- Work closely with employees, leaders, and location HRs to ensure performance management activities are done timely and within system guidelines.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Monitor and report on progress related to diversity goals.
Recognition and Rewards:
- Organizing or manage existing employee Rewards and Recognition programs.
- Organize and coordinate company events – monthly, annual, or as and when required.
- Develop and implement Wellness Program Calendar, awareness sessions and/or community outreach, in collaboration with licensed organizations within the various countries.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and conflicts, working towards resolution and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Partner with HR to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- CIPD/CHRP Certification or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven senior-level HR experience in HRIS and leading projects teams.
- Strong understanding of organizational development and employee engagement strategies.
- SAP / Success Factors experience, and advanced MS Office skills are required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to raise issues, positively challenge others and be proactive.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and levels within the organization.
- Familiarity with current trends and best practices in employee experience management.
