Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, and industry events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks on potential candidates.
- Negotiate and finalize job offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to senior management.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent Fluency in both Arabic and English communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to handle team and a team-player.
- Has GCC background experience with large organization or companies.
- Has valid Qatar Driving License is a plus
