Sr. Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Project Manager -Fit-out & Structural located within the United Arab Emirates. The role requires the Project Manager to be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the Structural & Fit-out construction projects. The Sr. PM will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensure the project stays within budget and timelines while meeting quality standards. He/she will also coordinate with the Design team and ensure that all aspects of project design and execution are properly aligned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or any relevant field
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in managing high-end interior design & fit-out projects
• Proven experience in Structural and fit-out is mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and contract documents
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and cost control strategies
• Excellent knowledge of contract management, quality control & assurance, Dubai Municipality regulations, and project management standards
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary project teams
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Project Management tools such as Primavera and MS Project is a must.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead the project team to a successful outcome
