Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret technical specifications of Tender documents and calculate requirements, timescales, and volumes for costing;
• Prepare pre- qualifications questionnaires in order to ensure tendering process is in compliance with the set standards and regulations;
• Participate in cost engineering activities such as providing estimations, cost control, budget preparations, and forecasting;
• Acquire and negotiate third party quotations for sub-contracted services needed for tender submission;
• Prepare submission packages including technical and commercial documents ensuring compliance to Milaha Offshore standard and regulations;
• Ensure that all tendering parties’ quires and questions are attended to and answered in a fair and consistent manner in coordination with  the Diving Operations Department Personnel;
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Professional Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Professional Experience: 
5 Years of relevant experience in Costing & Tendering for Engineering Projects

Geographic Experience: 
N/A

Computer Skills: 
Good knowledge of Office and web applications

Language Skills: 
Business fluent English

Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: 
Strong knowledge of contract law
